Job Description

The Attorney position at Intellibee is an in-office role focused on guiding the development of legal strategy for the IURC, advocating for ratepayers, and preparing for litigation. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of legal rules and procedures. The ideal candidate will be prepared to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including IURC staff, technical consultants, and the agency head.

Requirements

JD degree
Admission to the Indiana bar
Attorney in good standing before the Supreme Court of Indiana
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Understanding of applicable rules of evidence and trial procedure
Ability to present complex evidence in a persuasive manner
Understanding of Title 8 and Title 170 of the Indiana Code
Excellent communication skills
