Job Description

We are seeking a Batch Jobs Operations Expert Programmer to conduct thorough analysis of existing job schedules, dependencies, and configurations. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting job failures, implementing changes, and documenting procedures. Collaboration with IT and potential work with the tax team are required. The role also involves providing on-call support.

Requirements

Conduct analysis of existing job schedules (Tivoli), dependencies, and configurations.
Monitor and troubleshoot job failures and performance issues.
Collaborate with IT team to implement improvements and enhancements.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
Perform periodic reviews and audits of compliance.
Leverage experience in DevOps (CI/CD) and infrastructure automation (pipelines, monitoring, and operations).
Perform on-call support for critical issues.
