Job Description
Tropicana Brands Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to three key executives. This dynamic, hybrid position involves managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports, as well as coordinating internal and external meetings, and managing online and offline files.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant executive administrative experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and follow through proactively
