Role Overview

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders and program teams. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and program teams, providing support that enables efficient office operations, fosters collaboration across stakeholder groups, and helps leaders remain focused on strategic priorities.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include performing routine executive-level tasks, managing calendars, managing electronic records, coordinating meetings and conference calls, arranging travel, and ensuring appropriate routing and submission of high-priority documents.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience OR A Master’s Degree and 5 years of experience
  • Experience providing executive, administrative, or operational support within a Federal agency or Federal contracting environment
  • Must be detail oriented with demonstrated experience in meeting coordinating, task tracking, calendar reconciliation, and travel preparation
  • Must have experience generating reports and developing briefs
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Must have an active SECRET security clearance
  • US Citizenship required
