The role involves providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders, actively participating in department-wide projects, and driving operational culture.
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality calendar, travel, and meeting coordination, support travel logistics, assist with document and data management, prepare PowerPoint decks and reports, coordinate department-wide logistics, and provide basic project management support.

Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders and frequent interactions with C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive and positive mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident interfacing with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with confidential information and sound judgment in decision-making
- High comfort level with technology, including the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly
