The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the supervisor, including opening and distributing correspondence, maintaining records, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities include typing letters and memos, maintaining payroll and attendance records, filing and retrieving documents, and preparing responses to departmental correspondence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
