Role OverviewThe Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS) Integrated Sensor Systems. The Assistant will manage the PEO/Directorate Lead's email, schedule meetings, and provide continuity in the PEO/Director's absence. The role requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and experience working with senior management level internal and external stakeholder organizations.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant include managing the PEO/Directorate Lead's email, coordinating and scheduling internal/external meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences, and events, managing PEO travel, and providing continuity in the PEO/Director's absence.

Requirements
- US citizenship
- TS w/SCI clearance
- Career-related Associate's Degree
- 4 years related executive administrative work experience
- Knowledge of SOCOM systems
- Flexibility to rotate to other PEO/DIR on a temporary basis
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software
- Experience working with senior management level internal and external stakeholder organizations
