Requirements

  • Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk.
  • Proficient in async communication operations.
  • Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets.
