The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an EA, office manager, or senior admin, with expertise in principal-level calendar triage, expense systems, and corporate travel platforms.
Requirements
3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals.
Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp.
Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk.
Proficient in async communication operations.
Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets.
