Job Description
The Executive Affairs Officer promotes the work of the Office of the State Auditor by supporting the Auditor at meetings and events, creating social media content, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in office management, business administration, or business management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or public administration
  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism in an office setting
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Knowledge of types and use of general office equipment
  • Proficient computer skills and thorough knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, Access and Outlook, as well as E-mail and Internet use
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others
  • Strong interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use judgment in making administrative decisions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
