Job Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner and operational backbone supporting two senior leaders responsible for Global EA SPORTS Publishing and Brand Marketing and Communications.

Requirements

  • 5 years + experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a matrixed or transformation environment
  • Comfortable operating in a room with senior leaders and external partners
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization instincts
  • Rapid ability to adapt/flex in changing environments
  • Organized, attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset
  • Able to quickly build and maintain trust with leadership, partners, and peers
  • Demonstrated experience preparing leaders for high-visibility external engagements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Impeccable discretion and judgment
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Experience managing travel logistics and processing expense reports
  • Experience driving events and fostering a team environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with tools like Oracle and expense management systems
  • Knowledge of procurement and office management processes
