Job Description
Medica is a nonprofit health plan with over a million members serving communities in Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, and beyond. The Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to a Vice President and the broader department, coordinating complex schedules, preparing meeting materials, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external partners.
Requirements
Coordinate executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, manage logistics, and support department activities
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, handling communication, issue resolution, mail distribution, PowerPoint support, and IT tickets
Support onboarding of new staff, prepare reports, presentations, and materials, arrange travel, and manage light events
