Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to a Vice President and the broader department, coordinating complex schedules, preparing meeting materials, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Coordinate executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, manage logistics, and support department activities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, handling communication, issue resolution, mail distribution, PowerPoint support, and IT tickets
  • Support onboarding of new staff, prepare reports, presentations, and materials, arrange travel, and manage light events
