Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant and Communications Specialist, you'll play a vital role in coordinating calendars, meetings, company communications, and presentations for a company that produces high-strength structural components used in aerospace applications worldwide.

Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for C-suite executives, provide executive-level administrative support, draft executive correspondence, and serve as a professional liaison between executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field – or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications or a related field – preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives – strongly preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Canva and experience managing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)
  • Experience developing internal communications and organizational messaging
  • Strategic mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
