Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field – or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications or a related field – preferred
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives – strongly preferred
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Canva and experience managing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Experience developing internal communications and organizational messaging
- Strategic mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
