Role Overview

The Executive Assistant and Events Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Executive Director, manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. This role combines executive support, financial processing, and event planning.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day support to the Executive Director, manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, process purchasing and finance-related paperwork, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special gatherings.
