Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and provide high-level, executive-caliber administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team. The role requires sound judgment, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced Federal grants environment.

What You Will Do

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Project Manager, Senior Technical Advisors, and project team, including calendar management, correspondence drafting/review, and travel coordination. Coordinate and schedule project meetings, briefings, training events, and grant recipient convenings.

You will be trusted to provide high-level, executive-caliber administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team. You will serve as a liaison and coordination point among Federal staff, grant recipients, subcontractors, and other contractor personnel; route inquiries appropriately and track resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support
  • Prior experience supporting a Federal discretionary/demonstration grant program
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities under deadline
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) determination
