Role OverviewAs an Executive Assistant, Human Resources, you'll provide executive-level administrative and operational support to multiple HR Vice Presidents and Executives. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare communications and presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion.

You'll be responsible for managing an extremely active and dynamic calendar of appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence, and supporting leadership meetings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative, or similar support role
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders for a publicly traded, global company, preferably in Human Resources or a corporate environment
- Expert Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with travel systems and expense reimbursement procedures
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs
- Impeccable communicator and representative for Stanley Black & Decker
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong and independent decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills
