Role OverviewThis position provides executive-level administrative and operational support to the Director and senior leadership of the Division of Parks and Recreation. Manages central office operations and reception services; supervises administrative staff; coordinates complex scheduling, extensive travel, correspondence tracking, and information management activities.
What You Will Do
Coordinate director's calendar and schedules meetings, presentations, and arranges travel logistics. Screen and route telephone calls, mail, visitors, and appointments with discretion and confidentiality. Track correspondences and maintain comprehensive records for division staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution;
- OR Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline from an appropriately accredited institution AND two years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience;
- OR High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience;
