Role Overview

This is independent work assisting management in the coordination of administrative tasks and/or assignments which are complex in nature and very broad in objective with integration of diverse functions. Work involves the performance of administrative activities which involve independently planning administrative objectives and priorities. Work also involves independent formulation, analysis and recommendation of changes in policies, rules and regulations.

What You Will Do

Specific duties include serving as receptionist, greeting guests, and announcing and routing visitors to the appropriate staff; scheduling and coordinating all appointments and meetings, including travel plans for the Colonel, Major and Captain when needed, and correlating these appointments with necessary key personnel and obtaining the required meeting materials.
