Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative service management and critical support to Executive Management, managing schedules and correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics and travel, and acting as a liaison between management, other administrative staff, board members, associates, customers, business partners, consultants, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Degree in a business-related area
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative management experience
  • General bookkeeping and strong math skills
  • Knowledge of advanced MS Office applications
  • Solid experience with technology, applications, iPad/Apple Products
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player
  • Good understanding of bank policies, procedures, and operations
