Requirements

  • Provide executive-level support to partners, including managing calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence and internal communications
  • Manage filing systems (electronic and paper) with attention to detail
  • Handle email communications professionally and with discretion
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Support smooth office operations and workflows
