Job Description
The Executive Assistant role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and other key executives.

Requirements

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling
  • Process executive expense reports and prepare presentations
  • Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Serve as a point of coordination for internal and external communications
  • Facilitate preparation and logistics for quarterly Headliner meetings and monthly Soundcheck events
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and office initiatives
