Job Description
The Executive Assistant role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and other key executives.
Requirements
Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling
Process executive expense reports and prepare presentations
Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Serve as a point of coordination for internal and external communications
Facilitate preparation and logistics for quarterly Headliner meetings and monthly Soundcheck events
Plan and coordinate corporate events and office initiatives
