Job Description
The Executive Assistant reports to the President & CEO and assists the entire senior leadership team and Board of Directors with administrative tasks as well as serves as the front desk receptionist. The role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and tact in processing highly confidential documents and information.

Requirements

  • Maintain excellent customer service skills
  • Complete administrative tasks for senior leaders
  • Enhance internal communication and senior leadership team visibility
  • Provide infrequent coverage for administrative assistant absences
  • Interface with Board of Directors
  • Copyediting for senior leader correspondence
  • Assist Advancement Department during holiday time of giving
  • Organize agency-wide programmatic chart reviews
  • Serve as first point of contact to CEO
  • Reconcile credit card and petty cash receipts
  • Obtain contracts
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform work-related errands
  • Develop onboarding plans and schedules
  • Maintain and/or create tracking spreadsheets
  • Lead agency record retention and record request processes
