Job Description
The Executive Assistant performs advanced administrative duties in support of the Planning, Design & Construction department, managing administrative procedures and processes to successfully manage project work.

Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • Five (5) years administrative experience in a similar professional environment
  • Initiative and judgment to solve work-related problems and prioritize
  • Proficient in scheduling, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FileMaker Pro, Project
  • Ability to research, analyze, and summarize information
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, team-centered environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high level administrative issues with discretion, timeliness, and sound judgement
  • Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment, including filing systems, receptionist and telephone techniques, and letter and report writing
  • Sufficient knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to prepare professional correspondence and reports
  • Ability to receive and properly control sensitive, confidential, and private information
  • Ability to learn, interpret, explain and apply knowledge of department organization, operations, programs, functions, and special terminology used in the organization unit
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in order to meet schedules and timelines
  • Ability to work as contributing member of a team, work productively, patiently, and cooperatively with other teams and external customers
