Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive office, focusing on calendar management, email, and document preparation. The role requires professionalism, organization, and discretion. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include executive calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, meeting management, data management, document preparation, event support, and client service.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Salesforce products a plus
  • Demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
