Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, schedule and prepare materials for meetings, compile information and prepare reports, and assist with internal and external events.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience proofreading, copy editing, and preparing professionally formatted materials preferred
