Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CCMC Executive Team. The role will involve completing a broad variety of administrative tasks, assisting with special projects, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues.

What You Will Do

Complete administrative tasks, assist with special projects, compose and prepare correspondence, arrange travel and accommodations, manage expenses and schedules, and take notes and record minutes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for someone with a minimum of four years of experience as a C-suite assistant, high school diploma required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience as a C-suite assistant
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office or Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of office management and administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly responsive as well as proactive
  • Ability to effectively take initiate and apply sound judgement
