Role Overview

This role supports KE's executive leadership team by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination support. You'll be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating schedules and travel, facilitating communication, and supporting key initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and priorities. Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, leadership events, and conferences. Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive correspondence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative assistant functions, office management or coordination, supporting leaders or executives.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
