Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Senior leaders and other team members. The role involves drafting correspondence, managing calendars, arranging travel, and processing invoices. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and flexible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, expenses and reimbursements, correspondence, relationship management, and support for key priorities and events.

Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least five or more years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms
- Ability to use Chat GPT to support research and other work priorities
- Proficiency in booking travel and coding expenses using Concur
