Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team staff. This position manages a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks.

What You Will Do

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and/or other assigned leadership staff. Manages appointment calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting planning to support executive commitments and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields is preferred
  • 4 years of administrative support, office management or related experience is required
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare or related field is preferred
