Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, schedules, and meetings for several partners at the firm, while providing administrative support and learning the ins and outs of communications and business operations.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, providing IT assistance, submitting expense reports, and maintaining a database of contacts.

Requirements
- Two years of experience in scheduling and/or administrative support roles for high-level executives and/or on Capitol Hill
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and ever-changing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who takes initiative, is able to anticipate needs before they arise, and resolves issues quickly
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
