Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide planning and administrative support to the Program Manager (U.S. Navy Captain and Front Office personnel). The role involves preparing, tracking, and maintaining schedules, calendars, action item lists, status reports, directories, and program documentation. The Executive Assistant will also assist in preparing correspondence and presentations, and plan, organize, and execute meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities include providing planning and administrative support, preparing schedules and documentation, assisting with correspondence and presentations, planning and executing meetings, and coordinating on-site execution of meeting events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience as a prior EA for a U.S. Navy program office, experience managing other peoples' calendars, and experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) and SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 collaboration tools.
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience as a prior EA for a U.S. Navy program office
- Experience managing other peoples' calendars as a delegate using Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Experience serializing and executing formal Navy correspondence on Navy letterhead
- Be a proactive office manager to ensure all office operations are running smoothly
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 collaboration tools – experience specifically with U.S. Navy FlankSpeed
