Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CMO, managing special projects and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents. This position requires exceptional communication, time management, interpersonal, and project management skills. The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Provides support to the CEO and CMO, drafts and reviews correspondence, conducts research, manages special projects, and serves as a conduit and advisor on major projects. Maintains professional relationships with staff, Board members, and volunteers, and tracks board member information and maintains compliance software.

Previous experience working in healthcare, particularly in an FQHC or similar setting, is preferred but not required.
