Job Description
PayPal is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive and ensure smooth operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements. The Assistant will also be responsible for reporting, organizing, and maintaining databases and SharePoint sites, as well as assisting in project management and stakeholder communication. This position supports two or more Vice Presidents.
Requirements
Manage calendar and daily work with instruction from others.
Perform administrative duties such as travel, expenses, and purchasing.
Collaborate with the internal team and stakeholders.
Meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
