Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Natural Gas Industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to work on a contract basis onsite in their Houston, Texas office. This 3-6 month contract is fully onsite with the potential for extension. The role supports the Executive Team with administrative duties, managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Highly organized
  • Self-directed with strong execution skills
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience making travel reservations
  • Experience prioritizing meeting requests and travel schedules
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent technology skills
