Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Natural Gas Industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to work on a contract basis onsite in their Houston, Texas office. This 3-6 month contract is fully onsite with the potential for extension. The role supports the Executive Team with administrative duties, managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office operations.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with senior executives
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
Highly organized
Self-directed with strong execution skills
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience making travel reservations
Experience prioritizing meeting requests and travel schedules
Excellent communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
Excellent technology skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
