We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer of TaylorMed MRI. The role will involve protecting the CEO's time, streamlining operations, and ensuring consistent follow-through across multiple initiatives and locations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting an executive, founder, or leadership team
Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools
Basic math and financial literacy
