Job Description
Atkore is a leading provider of electrical, safety and infrastructure solutions. We are searching for an Executive Assistant to operate within our corporate headquarters in Harvey, IL or in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have the desire to be a business partner to the executive leaders they support, be highly analytical and organized, and understand the demands and expectations required.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years previous experience supporting senior-level executives required
  • Pro-active, plan-ahead mentality – able to manage and work on projects independently and meet trigger dates and deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communications skills
  • Complete discretion when handling confidential matters and sensitive information
  • Strict attention to detail and quality
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and project management experience
  • Self-starter with strong analytic skills
  • Independent decision making – ability to think critically with strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions – and to properly review, evaluate and determine which matters should be filtered and delegated
