The Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support to the American Public Education, Inc. (APEI) Enterprise Leadership Team members, with primary focus on supporting the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. The role involves a broad variety of administrative duties, including managing calendars, preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans, and coordinating guest visits.
Requirements
2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
Strong organizational skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Unquestionable discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Highly resourceful team player
