Ossium is hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide critical administrative support for the founder CEO and office support for the growing San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience, strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • At least 2 years in an administrative support role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
