Job Description
This position enhances the effectiveness of an executive by providing assistance, information management support, and representing the executive to others.

Requirements

  • Facilitate communication with and for the executive
  • Monitor the executive's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Review incoming mail and emails for urgency
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with speeches/remarks
  • Manage administrative projects and duties
  • Compose drafts and final copies of correspondence
  • Maintain and establish confidential records and files
  • Evaluate and direct complaints to appropriate leaders
  • Lead Assistant of senior leadership's reports
  • Process payroll for leadership team
