Job Description
This position enhances the effectiveness of an executive by providing assistance, information management support, and representing the executive to others.
Requirements
Facilitate communication with and for the executive
Monitor the executive's calendar and travel arrangements
Review incoming mail and emails for urgency
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with speeches/remarks
Manage administrative projects and duties
Compose drafts and final copies of correspondence
Maintain and establish confidential records and files
Evaluate and direct complaints to appropriate leaders
Lead Assistant of senior leadership's reports
Process payroll for leadership team
