Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President, People and Culture provides high-level administrative, operational, and scheduling support to the Vice President and designated senior leaders across the People and Culture team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or at least four years of related experience required
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, have a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to multitask
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • Ability to type minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
