Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President, People and Culture provides high-level administrative, operational, and scheduling support to the Vice President and designated senior leaders across the People and Culture team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or at least four years of related experience required
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, have a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to multitask
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Ability to type minimum of 50 words per minute
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
