Role OverviewAs the Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to our CEO, ensuring priorities stay on track, communications flow effectively, and executive activities run seamlessly. You'll play a critical role in anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and bringing structure to complex and evolving priorities.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare executive materials, serve as a primary point of contact, and manage confidential information. Coordinate executive leadership meetings, senior leadership meetings, board-related activities, and strategic planning sessions.
