Role OverviewThe Assigned Counsel Plan is seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Administrator of the Assigned Counsel Plan for the First and Second Department.
What You Will Do
Manage an active calendar of appointments, prioritize conflicting needs, prepare agendas, briefings, summaries, meetings for documents, and correspondence, and perform other duties as requested by the Administrator.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
- At least one year of experience as described in '1' above
