Requirements

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and travel itinerary.
  • Represent the CEO with tact and professionalism.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and business transactions.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Coordinate team member selection and development.
