Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Charis Operations is responsible for managing budgetary, administrative, and supervisory tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Budgetary support for over thirty budgets
  • Coordinate and manage the Executive Director's calendar
  • Provide comprehensive support in interviewing, assessing, and hiring candidates
  • Track various project milestones and deliverables
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations
  • Handle travel arrangements
  • Draft and distribute announcements, memos, and other communications
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
  • Create and monitor subcontractor/vendor contracts and invoicing
  • Maintain financial records, track expenditures, and generate reports
  • Assist with staff evaluations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism
