Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Charis Operations is responsible for managing budgetary, administrative, and supervisory tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Requirements
Budgetary support for over thirty budgets
Coordinate and manage the Executive Director's calendar
Provide comprehensive support in interviewing, assessing, and hiring candidates
Track various project milestones and deliverables
Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations
Handle travel arrangements
Draft and distribute announcements, memos, and other communications
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
Create and monitor subcontractor/vendor contracts and invoicing
Maintain financial records, track expenditures, and generate reports
Assist with staff evaluations
Handle sensitive and confidential information
Uphold ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism
