Role OverviewThe Executive Casino Host of Asian Marketing is responsible for ensuring that Caesars Entertainment casino guests enjoy a favorable gaming and leisure experience. This involves authorizing complementarities, acting on behalf of premium casino guests to secure reservations, tickets, transportation, and other items they may require. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with high-value casino guests through personalized service, telemarketing, and active prospecting for new business.

Responsibilities include leading the organization with integrity, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will also identify and mitigate compliance risks, communicate key information to host staff, assist with problem resolution and credit decisions, and authorize airfare reimbursements beyond host limits.

- Resolve customer billing and credit disputes and support collections efforts as needed.
- Partner with casino operations to identify, recruit, and retain new and existing casino customers.
- Participate in casino marketing promotions and special events while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
- Authorize casino credit up to $50,000 and airfare reimbursement up to $5,000 in accordance with company guidelines.
