Job Description
The Club at Spruce Peak is seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead the full culinary vision across our premier mountain resort property.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field and a minimum of 2-5 years of culinary leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to remain flexible, calm, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development
Ability to manage multiple culinary operations across multiple locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
