Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of culinary leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment
  • Ability to manage multiple culinary operations across multiple locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
