Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX. The chef will be responsible for executing full-service catering events and high-volume resident dining. Relocation assistance is available.

What You Will Do

Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards are implemented, including recipe compliance and food quality.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of management experience
  • 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services
