Job Description
Lincoln Village Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef | Culinary Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate attitude, strong customer service focus, and excellent communication skills. The role requires experience in a manager, assistant manager, and/or supervisor role, proficiency in kitchen sanitation, and the ability to multitask. The Executive Chef will oversee all resident dining services, train and mentor culinary staff, and maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
  • Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
