Job Description
JDM Golf is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and The Wigwam Golf Resort. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations, ensure high-quality food services, and supervise a team of kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree from an approved school or completion of an approved apprentice program
  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or an Executive Sous Chef
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary arts and exceptional cooking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
