Job Description
The Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen operations, directing the training of culinary staff, and maintaining the highest culinary standards. The position demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements
6 years or more of progressive hotel culinary experience
Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
Proven leadership skills
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
